Once you placed your order and the payment process is completed, we begin processing your order. This usually takes 5-7 working days, depending on the products you ordered and your location. As soon as your order is processed and your package leaves our HQ, delivery time is usually:
- Within the Netherlands: 1-2 working days.
- Germany, Belgium, UK: 2-3 working days.
- Rest of Europe: 3-4 working days.
As soon as your package leaves our HQ, you will receive a “track and trace” code in an email. It might take a few hours for the code to be activated, because it happens as soon as it gets scanned at the DHL sorting center.
In case there is a delay with your order, you should have already been contacted by one of our Customer Service employees. In case you did not receive a “track and trace” code, it might mean that your package will be shipped directly from our supplier. In that case, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Service employees as soon as the supplier has provided us with a track and trace code.
Unfortunately, we only have the online web-shop, which means there is no physical store where you can pick up your products. We try to speed up the shipping process as much as possible.
Yes. You can arrange this by contacting DHL. As soon as you receive the “track and trace” code, you can use it as a reference for DHL and arrange for shipping to be done when it is convenient for you.
